Description
Learners will engage deeply with changes and critically reflect if on their current program and practice for authentic alignment. The course includes 3 modules (recorded power point faciliated by an early childhood expert) developing knowledge and understanding of the changes to the introduction, vision, overarching themes, Principles, Practices and Learning Outcomes of the updated learning frameworks.
This course includes:
- Handout 1- Structure of the frameworks
- Handout 2- Quality Improvement Plan example
- Handout 3- a set of critical reflection provocations to scaffold reflection on learning and support applying learning in practice
- Handout 4- links to resources and references
Completing Updated learning frameworks will contribute 3 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accredited PD in the priority area of Delivery and assessment of NSW Curriculum/Early Years Learning Framework.
