What you will learn
Learners will explore:
– effective processes leading up to transition statement time
– stakeholder communication strategies
– how to provide rich and meaningful information in Transition to School Statements.
We include examples of what stregnths based statements that show links to learning at school and ways that teachers in schools can use Transition to School Statements effectively to ensure children expereince continuity of learning. The content is supported by current research around the importance of a successful transition to school.
This course contains 1 module and takes 1.5 hours to complete. It is self-paced so you can pause and resume in your own time.
