What you will learn

- enacting leadership strategies that support educator’s agency and intrinsic motivation.
- how to work with teams in strengths-based ways that lead to the development of a positive culture at the service
- how to draw on tools such as mentoring and coaching to tailor support for educators and help self-realisation around practice improvement.
This course contains 1 module and takes 1 hour to complete. It is self-paced so you can pause and resume in your own time.
