What you will learn

- understand the process and components of continuous improvement within the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- reflect on how continuous improvement contributes to quality
- critique service practice in relation to continuous improvement.
We also support you to ‘put your learning into practice’ by providing you with templates and examples to scaffold your understanding of continuous improvement, including a policy and procedure template and examples of systems and processes.
